1. Introduction

Welcome to Tristan Jud! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services. By opting in to our services and receiving our welcome email, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services

Upon subscribing to our services, you will receive a confirmation email (the “Welcome Email”).

This Welcome Email is an important communication, as it confirms the service you have selected along with any pre-start access requirements we require.

Please review the Welcome Email carefully, as any clarification or questions regarding the services must be requested at this time.

We encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns about the services outlined in the Welcome Email. This ensures we can address any matters promptly and provide the best possible experience.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Initial Payment

Upon confirmation of your subscription and receipt of the welcome email, you are required to make an initial payment as outlined in the service agreement. This initial payment covers the setup and activation of your selected services.
Payment of the initial invoice or part thereof confirms your subscription and acceptance of these Terms.
By making the initial payment, you’re confirming your subscription and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Let me know if you need any further updates!

3.2. Monthly Invoicing
Your monthly billing cycle will commence from the date you receive your welcome email. Subsequent invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, starting from the first day of the month following the welcome email receipt.

3.3. Payment Due Date
Invoices are due for payment within 14 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

3.4. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal. Details for making payments will be included in each invoice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your services, you must provide written notice to us at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for the services rendered up to the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Service Changes

Any changes to the scope of services or pricing will be communicated to you via email. You will have the option to accept or decline the changes, with new terms taking effect only upon your acceptance.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the 1 month period preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia
